The Q.BO keypad series, including the Q.BO TOUCH and Q.BO WI-FI, uses a different mounting footprint and voltage spec than the older THALIA models. The LITHOS intercom line, common on estate installations around Los Gatos Hills and the eastern foothills, runs on two-wire bus communication that isn’t backward compatible with the older ELIOS analog systems.

To identify your unit, check the label on the back or underside of the keypad housing. You’re looking for a model prefix: Q.BO, THALIA, LITHOS, or ELIOS. The serial number will also show a production year code.
